The C-31 has a large, titanium body covering most of the steel barrel. The stock is solid and made of titanium. Rails cover either side of the gun; in front of a pistol grip. It holds 7.62mm rounds in its fifteen round capacity box magazine. A counter for ammunition is on the top of the gun.
